What We Do:
We have a dynamic practice. We advise and counsel employers on
employment practices, wage and hour matters, preventing and, if
necessary, investigating harassment and discrimination, union-free
strategies, hiring, promotion, discharge, downsizing and severance
decisions. We defend employers when charges are filed against them
before federal and
state agencies and when lawsuits are brought against
them in federal and state courts.
We also represent employees in workplace disputes including wrongful
discharge, harassment, discrimination, overtime and minimum wage issues,
leaves and disability accommodations, COBRA and severance negotiations.
Experience:
After serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Richey,
Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia,
Paul Corrado entered private practice. Since 1986 he has had a wide and
varied labor and employment practice at midsize and large law firms in
Cleveland and Pittsburgh. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio. You
