Attention Ohio Employers And Employees: The Minimum Wage Is Now $7.70

Effective January 1, 2012, the minimum wage in Ohio increased by thirty cents to $7.70 per hour. Tipped employees are paid one-half of the minimum wage and will receive $3.85 per hour, excluding tips. Employers also should update their Ohio wage and hour posters to include the new minimum wage.
